Yakima Foreclosure Statistics

Only about 1 in 3,596 Yakima County homes were in foreclosure in January, according to RealtyTrac, an Irvine, Calif., firm that tracks foreclosures nationwide. That's well below the statewide rate of 1 in 874 homes and even further below the nationwide rate of 1 in 466 homes.
